RB SERIES: The NEW Intake Valve range [05.04.2007]
VMC has developed a NEW range of intake regulators from 22 to 350kw. A sophisticated synthesis of the unique design that characterizes our made-in-Italy product. Our range comes from extraordinary technology supported by a wide over-twenty-year experience of close contact with customers. The New range of products has been developed by using sophisticated software as well as FEM (finite element analysis) and fluid-dynamics.
Simplicity: three control block units, one solenoid valve, one control cylinder: some simple details giving an idea of the NEW “RB” features. Moreover, just a few maintenance operations thanks to the extreme easiness in replacing inside components. Finally, all is interchangeable because benefits must be tangible. Reliability: few elements made by first-rate materials. Lesser use of sealing in VITON. This is the result after strict tests carried out on all the models of the NEW range. This is the reason why we are sure we cant suggest preventive maintenance operations at 8000hours. Obviously on machine standard working conditions.
