AIR COMPRESSORS: "UNDERHOOD" SECTOR
Reduction in overall dimensions is essential for the engineering of equipment assembled on vehicle underhood for the purpose of generating compressed air.
Targeting this special sector named "Underhood", VMC has developed PRACTIKKO 10UD, an integrated system of separation and control putting together the advantages of integration and the high efficacy of patented air/oil pre-separation. Thanks to PRACTIKO 10UD, dimensions and connection quantity are reduced in virtue of performance, fewer charge losses, manufacturing and maintenance costs. Savings in logistics too, considering that just one part number groups together over 10 components as well as lower environmental impact.
WATER-LUBRICATED COMPRESSORS: COMPONENTS "WL" SERIES
Water-lubricated compressors meet the requirements of getting rid of polluting substances almost completely in the compressed air used. They are employed in pharmaceutical and food industry, and in general, in all activities that require a total control of polluted elements.
VMC's Research & Development department has designed and accomplished a whole range of valves targeting this special sector, meeting the requested needs fully.
Each valve has been carefully studied to sort out problems caused by usual water-corrosive phenomena. The outcome of this study has led to significant changes in materials, surface treatments and in some cases, modifications of some parts of a manufactured valve.
GAS AND BIOGAS COMPRESSORS: COMPONENTS AND INTEGRATED SYSTEMS - "PG" SERIES
VMC's flexibility and its engineering skills are without boundaries and can be applied in the sector of biogas compressors too. The sector of renewable energy is expanding significantly with a growing request for compressors that can compress specific gas typologies. In the field of biogas, a combustible deriving from fermentation of scrap materials from food industry, animal husbandry etc., VMC is able to offer a complete solution, starting from single intake valves to the most complex integrated systems.
VMC's whole biogas range has been accomplished with materials and surface treatments fit for meeting the specific composition of gas mixture indicated by the customer.
