Renewal of certifications: quality, environment and safety

Its rigorous and highly sophisticated method allowed VMC to reach the renewal of quality, environment and safety certifications in 2012

Thanks to the use of operative systems and highly innovative software ensuring an efficient production as well as its staff's safety and environmental safeguard, VMC was able to achieve the renewal of quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001, environment certification UNI EN ISO 14001 and safety certification OHSAS 18001 in 2012.

UNI EN ISO 9001: Again VMC proved its ability to develop its whole company process with excellence, precision and accuracy throughout its departments: production, sales, administration, management, research & development. Therefore, VMC's quality system turned out to be complying with UNI EN ISO 9001 regulations in terms of design, manufacturing and marketing of valves for compressors and air-ends.

UNI EN ISO 14001: since the very beginning VMC has always kept in foreground the necessity of assessing the environmental impact of its activities, on an economic level as well, seen that its assumption pivots on the idea that every aspect of pollution is a synonym for waste of energy, time and money. Complying with a meticulous and scrupulous environmental policy pursuant to the International Standardization Organization 14001's provisions, VMC reached the renewal of this certification in 2012.

OHSAS 18001: VMC applies yardsticks and voluntary procedures guaranteeing all workers an excellent and comfortable place where they can carry out their activity. Confident that its own workers represent the primary asset for success, implementation and product acknowledgement, VMC pursues a policy of safeguard and safety of their health and safety. The outcome was the achievement of OHSAS 18001 renewal in 2012.
